Transparent Pricing for End-to-End Advisory Support in France
Buying property or planning a long-term move to France is not a single transaction. It is a sequence of decisions across an unfamiliar system, involving banks, agents, notaires, tax professionals, and local service providers. France Property Advisory acts as your lead advisor and single point of coordination—so you have one experienced partner keeping the plan coherent from early strategy through acquisition and ownership.
Our pricing is transparent and designed to stay independent: we charge fixed fees for advisory scope. We do not charge a percentage of the property price.
Our Fee Model (How We Charge)
For property acquisition, we use a hybrid structure that combines an upfront retainer (for strategy and work performed early) with a fixed completion fee (paid only if you close). For other services, we use fixed advisory fees so you can budget clearly from the start.
